Rochester (ROC) is the airport, about fifteen minutes from downtown and the Wintergarden. Buffalo (BUF) and Syracuse (SYR) are alternatives, each about an hour and a half by car, and longer in snow.
The date is settled, so please book your flights whenever suits you.
We’d suggest the Hyatt Regency Rochester or the Hilton Garden Inn Rochester Downtown, both only a few minutes’ walk from the Wintergarden.
If you’re driving, complimentary valet will be available at the Wintergarden’s entrance on the day, and paid parking is nearby at the Court Street and Midtown garages.
It’s Rochester in February, so bring a proper coat for the cold. The ceremony and reception are both indoors.
